The Great Oaks PTA is excited to accept submissions for the
2024-2025 Reflections Program
Deadline: Monday, October 28, 2o24
The theme this year is: Accepting Imperfection
Your student will have the opportunity to participate in one or all of the available art categories. Six art categories are available: dance, film, literature, music, photography, and visual arts.
What Should I Submit?
Category rules and entry form can be found here.
All entries must include a title and an artist statement (10-100 words).
Must be the student's original work.
How Should I Submit?
Step #1: Make sure someone in your household is a PTA member! Join PTA Here!
Step #2: Student Entry form must be completed. Physical copies are available at Great Oaks Elementary, but a digital copy of the submission form (Spanish) is also available.
Step #3: Finalize submission no later than Monday, October 21st! Digital submissions can be submitted here. Please make sure your project submission and entry form include your child's name and grade level in the filename.
Physical drop off of submissions is available at the school front office (through Monday October 20th at 4:oo p.m. Central).
Step 4: Join us for Exhibition Event & Judging in the Great Oaks Elementary Cafeteria: Schedule TBA
SUBMISSION DEADLINE:

In-Person: Turn in to the main office by 4:00 p.m. CT
Online: Submit the online form by 11:59 p.m. CT
